1) Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) Products & Listings

  • Singles / Sealed: Listed as accurately as possible. Card condition can be subjective; photos and listing notes are the best guide.
  • Assembly Packs: Our stable flagship curated format with defined standards and repeatable build logic.
  • Lucky Packs / Bundles: A separate product line with its own rules and build lane; contents can vary by design.
  • Availability: Inventory can change quickly due to live updates and sales velocity.
Important: We do not promise specific players, teams, or exact dollar values inside packs unless explicitly stated on the product page.

3) Packs Rules (Read Carefully)

Packs are sealed product experiences. By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of curated and/or randomized contents depending on the specific product design.

  • No specific card promises: Unless clearly stated on the product page, we do not guarantee specific athletes, teams, or exact resale value.
  • Product-lane separation: Assembly Packs and Lucky Packs are managed as separate lines to protect consistency and prevent cannibalization.
  • Variance acknowledgement: If you do not like what you pull, that is part of the pack-opening variance—similar to any sealed card opening experience.
  • Final sale once opened: Packs and bundles become final sale once opened (see Returns section).
Custom requests (teams/players)

You may request preferences (team/player/sport) where a product allows it. We will do our best to accommodate when possible. If a request cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints or product rules, we may be unable to honor it.

Guarantees (if offered)

Some products may include “hit-count” or feature guarantees (autographs, memorabilia, numbered parallels, etc.). Any guarantees apply only as described on the product page at the time of purchase and refer to the definitions stated there.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices may change without notice based on market conditions, availability, and updates to listings.
  • Order review: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Payment: Payments are processed through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes may be collected at checkout based on destination and legal requirements.

5) Shipping & Handling

  • Handling time: We aim to ship within 1 business day (often same-day during business hours).
  • Carriers: We typically ship via USPS and/or UPS.
  • Tracking: Tracking is provided on orders where tracking is included/available per shipping method.
  • Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned shipments due to address issues may incur reship fees.
Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and items. We will replace (if possible) or refund depending on inventory availability and circumstances.

6) Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Singles / Sealed (eligible returns): Returns may be accepted within 7 days for unopened/unused items when applicable. Condition must match what was sent.
  • Packs & bundles: Final sale once opened. If unopened and you believe your item qualifies for a return, contact us immediately.
  • Non-returnable cases: Items damaged by the buyer, opened packs, or items returned in different condition than shipped.

To request a return, email us with the subject line Return Request and include your order number and photos where relevant.

7) Prohibited Use

  • Attempting to interfere with site security or operations.
  • Using the site for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or harassment.
  • Copying or scraping site content for unauthorized commercial use.

8) Disclaimers

  • Collectibles risk: Card values can rise or fall; we do not provide investment guarantees.
  • Pack variance: Pack openings can involve variance. We provide clear product descriptions and standards, but outcomes vary.
  • Site availability: We may update or suspend site features without notice.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Card Assembly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
